Rebecca Pecev was born and raised in San Antonio and first found her curiosity for science when she attended Health Careers High School. She looked up to her teachers and the idea of potentially becoming one day was born. She then attended community college at Northwest Vista and later studied German in Switzerland. She returned to San Antonio to obtain her Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of Texas San Antonio and used the time to learn as much about her favorite subjects (chemistry and microbiology) as much as she could. Now, her goal is to share as much of what she has learned with others, and to help motivate and guide them to find their own path.
