Mrs. Fitzmaurice
I was born and raised in Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico, which is a border town with El Paso, Texas; where I lived after I graduated from Law School. Academics were very important to me and I was always active in after-school sports and clubs, such as racquetball, and Olympic gymnastics.
After college I got married and I moved to San Antonio, where I was working in the law field while completing my Law Education at St. Mary’s University. I graduated from St. Mary’s with a Master’s Degree in International Law.
I decided to go back to school and pursue the Alternative Certification Program with teaching credential in Spanish. My mother is a Spanish Teacher as well, so I really think that I have the passion of teaching in my blood.
From the minute your child walks into my classroom until the minute they leave, I expect that I will support and encourage their learning experience. In turn, I expect that they do the best work and bring their best attitude every day.
