Mr. Degollado hails from Brownsville Texas and has been a part of the Frank L. Madla Early College High School staff for several years. With a Bachelor of Science as well as a Master of Science in Mathematics Education, Mr. Degollado’s goal is to provide high-quality mathematical education to his ECHS students.
